Purchasers Options

Congratulations on purchasing your new home from us at Wexford Low Energy Homes. We know you will be very happy here. We also know you'll want to make your new home, your own. With that in mind, we have carefully put together some fantastic options and extras for you to chose from. You will see, over the next few steps, all the options available to you in your new home. You can make the selection below for each area - kitchen, tiling, painting, electrical and smart home features. Any options you choose are only available to be fitted before the building is completed to roof stage. (Smart Home options are available at any time)

We have chosen our contractors carefully for their care and quality of work. Due to health and safety, only our approved contractors are allowed on site prior to completion of the sale. All extras and changes detailed are only available before construction is completed to roof stage and all adjustments must be paid for in advance.

Purchasers Options

You will see below all the other options available to you in your new home. You can make the selection below for each area - kitchen, tiling, painting and smart home options. Any options you choose are only available to be fitted before the building is completed to roof stage. Kitchen Selection

All homes come with a fully fitted kitchen as standard and there are 2 colour options (Light Grey or Dark Grey). You can select the standard Kitchen or if you require anything else please contact our kitchen experts, Cedarwood Kitchens directly at 053 9230311.

Tiling

All homes come fitted with tiled splashback in the kitchen and bathrooms and fully tiled shower enclosure. You can accept the standard tiling or you can choose to complete the tiling yourself post handover.

Painting

Our homes come painted throughout to the highest standard by our painting contractor. All internal doors, skirtings, architraves, walls and ceilings will be painted with the woodwork in a bright white and the walls painted Earthen Cream. Externally the front of the home will be painted the approved development colour with the house sides and rear rendered. You can accept the standard painting or you can choose to complete the painting yourself post handover.

Skirting Boards

Please let us know if you would like skirting board left off upstairs or downstairs. If you choose to leave the skirting boards off, they will be supplied uncut and unfinished for you to do post floor covering installation.
